“One of our major accomplishments has been Worman’s Mill,” says Ken Wormald, a partner in his family’s company Wormald Development, “an intergenerational, small town, master plan community. We wanted to design a community where all ages could live together, from young families to seniors. We put Village Crossing right at the heart of Worman’s Mill.”
The Wormalds sought a company to operate Village Crossing who would be in sync with their vision for senior living and they found that partner in SageLife.
