Mooning over the Eclipse

We assembled on the balcony for our Eclipse Watching Party where we snacked on Milky Way bars and Sun Chips, and sipped Capri Sun. Some of us had crafted eclipse t-shirts to wear for the occasion.

Later, our Happy Hour featured a special Sun & Moon Cocktail and a celestial-themed playlist.

Our astronomical pursuits will continue with a visit next week from a NASA speaker in the afternoon and Sweets Under the Stars in the evening. Next month, the Chester County Astronomy Club will bring telescopes and show us the constellations we can see from our backyard.
